HUMAN RIGHTS LAW

The Managing Partner of the firm, Mrs. Dzingirai- Maringisanwa founded a human rights desk at the law firm offering legal services and referrals. It is the duty of the state to protect and promote the human rights of its citizens. Further it is unjust for state agents to commit human rights violations with impunity. The legal profession has not been spared as members have been subjected to state sanctioned attacks undermining democracy in the country. The law firm offer referrals to clients who need assistance to non-governmental organisations such as the Human Rights NGO Forum, Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights and Counselling Services Unit. The firm also receive instructions from individuals, NHRIs and NGOs for cases that need to be argued in the courts.
